Shipping/Pickup 

-Please allow a 2 week period for me to create, cure, and prepare for shipping.

-Please allow 3 weeks if ordering more than 40 items at a time.

 

Return/Exchange

-Because every candle/melt is made by custom order, there is no return or exchanges. All sales are FINAL SALE.

 

Damages and Issues

- We are not responsible for small damages to items once they are shipped and delivered to you. We try our best to wrap them completely to protect them from any damage including adding many "Fragile-handle with care, Do not drop" stickers all around entire box so that UPS takes good care of them.

 

If the item is fully damaged please contact us immediately at scentedwishes1111@gmail.com, include a clear visible picture of the damaged item, your name and Order number. We will respond as soon as possible and always try our best to resolve the issue by offering the best customer service possible as a small business.
